We have the answer for you at Lake Mulwala Lifestyle Village, located just over the Murray river from Yarrawonga. You’ll be surrounded by fabulous golf courses, bowling clubs, the Mulwala Waterski club, and Club Mulwala – the Services club. Your days can be as busy as you like – with entertainment galore at night, or quiet enough to just stop and smell the roses! And , within walking distance to beautiful Lake Mulwala, where you can always drop in a line!

Perhaps wine tastings are your ‘thing’. Some of the best wineries in North East Victoria are within 30 minutes drive of our village. Award winning names such as Brown Brothers, Bullers, Chambers, Coffield, St. Leonards, All Saints, Pfeiffers, Smiths, Fyffe Field, Monichino and many more.  Follow the Gourmet Food Trail, or visit a lively local market where you can buy country-fresh produce!

Then…… it’s back to your beautiful 2 or 3 bedroom, architecturally designed Villa, where you can enjoy ‘Happy Hour’ with your friends at The Lake House – our 5 star Community Centre, or perhaps play indoor bowls, join the craft group or garden club. Take a little exercise in our gym, or swim in our heated indoor pool, followed by a nice warm spa. Oh yes – did we mention our full-size tennis court? After all those sporting activities, why not have your hair done at our inhouse ladies and men’s hairdressing salon.

Hmmmm……..feeling lazy? Wander over to our library in The Lake House and borrow a book, DVD or even a jigsaw puzzle. Keep in touch with what’s going on in the world, or answer your emails in our computer room. You’ll never run out of things to do, whilst making new friendships with your fellow residents, who will extend a warm welcome to you.

What about a game of billiards? For the man of the house(or even the lady!) our workshop brings hours of pleasure, and satisfaction at being able to make or mend something!

Construction is now under way on the next stage of the development, and we will be building five ‘King’ 3 bedrooms/2 ensuites/private courtyard/two with a double, and three with single garages, and 1 ‘Mitchell’, which has 2 bedrooms/2 ensuites/study nook/private courtyard and single garage.  Our ‘Kings’ with double garages have already sold off-the-plan!  These will follow the updated and upgraded theme of our last stage, i.e. high ceilings and doors, high-end appliances etc.
